How do I get started?
You may begin your yoga practice at any time and come as often as you like. You get the best value and the best results when you take us up on our first class at half price offer (in the box above), then buy a class card and come 2 – 3 times per week. Arrive at least 10 minutes before class and be sure to tell the instructor you're new to yoga so she/he can help you. Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing and bare feet. You can bring your own mat or rent one from us for $1.00. Try several instructors, everyone has something unique.
