Which class is right for me?
If you are new to yoga, looking for an antidote to stress or maintaining vitality, you should begin with a Hatha class. If you're seeking a more vigorous way to practice and stay on top of your game, try a Vinyasa class. They are meditations-in-motion. Restorative yoga is excellent for de-stressing, recharging, recovery, postnatal etc. We also have several special classes (such as Energy Yoga ) that you won't find anywhere else.
