It is a unique and powerful system of yoga therapy, which combines rhythmic massage, acu-pressure, assisted yoga stretching exercises, gentle twisting, energy work and meditation. It is profoundly restorative.
Sessions are two hours long. You are fully clothed and lying on a floor cushion.
